Please be aware that the ABRN and Toby Chess continue to write about the rebar issue. Some may consider it an attack because they do seem to find some of the worst dregs in the marketplace and compare them to the OE parts. But, if those parts are in the marketplace, this is probably fair. And we are continuing to take our lumps. But, regardless of their methods, as long as non-certified parts which may have safety implications are in the marketplace, we remain vulnerable. In fact, Charlie Hogarty later this week--on Friday--is traveling to San Francisco to represent the industry in a meeting with the California Department of Justice and the Department of Insurance to talk to this issue.
