ARTWORK: SARCO Mgm’t & Publications will design ads for clients at nominal cost provided that the ad is turned in before deadline. Corrections also will be made at a nominal charge; however, alterations in the copy and design originally submitted will incur additional production charges, with a minimum of $25.00
CAMERA READY/DIGITAL ARTWORK: If providing camera ready or digital artwork, ads must be submitted in Macintosh format. Ads can be submitted as Quark XPress, Pagemaker, FreeHand or Illustrator files or as Macintosh EPS files.
Ads must be accompanied by any and all artwork files and all fonts. PDF file is recommended. A laser print of the ad is required.
Color ads: All colors in ad must be CMYK. A color proof is required.
Bleeds: Trim size of the book is 8 3/8" x 10 7/8". Live area on the page is 7 1/2" x 10". To bleed ads should be submitted as 8 1/2" x 11".

FILM SPECIFICATIONS: Please submit film right reading emulsion side down with a line screen of 133.
FOUR COLOR: Four color separations (film negatives) with accurate registration marks; right reading emulsion down; 133 line. Must be accompanied with a color proof.

SPECIAL POSITIONS: By arrangement with publisher; cover positions sold on annual contract and may carry color added; other special arrangements, such as inserts, also by arrangement with publisher at which time price will be quoted for printing and/or insert labor.
COLOR: CPJ standard colors added are reflex blue and warm red (PMS 185).
CIRCULATION: 2350 issues four times a year to businesses interested in the aftermarket body parts industry, including to more than 1100 insurance companies and independent claims adjustors.
ISSUES: CPJ will be published at the following times: early April, late October and the Directory, annually in mid-July.
CLOSING DATES: 15 business days before date of issue. Contact publisher for specific closings and/or special considerations.
GENERAL: All advertising is subject to approval by the publisher and ABPA. Ads which simulate editorial content must carry the words, “Advertisement,” at the top.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Reprints for both advertisements and editorial are available; information and quotes on request. Extra copies of the CPJ are also available and will be printed upon specific request at nominal per issue charge. Direct mail lists are also available at nominal cost to ABPA members and/or advertisers in either strip listings or on pressure sensitive labels; call the publisher for cost and particulars.
