Boyd Group Acquires 18 Gates Collision Repair Centers in the Midwest

The Boyd Group Inc. announced the acquisition of a multi-store operation consisting of 18 collision repair centers, including two intake centers, located in the Wisconsin and Northern Illinois markets. The centers, located in the Wisconsin cities of Madison (4), Sun Prairie (3), Beaver Dam, Janesville, Middleton, Monroe, Portage, Racine, Sauk City, Stoughton, Watertown and the Illinois cities of Belvidere and Freeport, have operated as Gates Collision Centers since 1990. The majority of these centers are located near Madison, Wisconsin, which is the capital and second largest city in the state and the primary city in a metropolitan area of nearly 600,000 people.
