Hyattsville, MD – On a recent visit to our nation’s capital, I took the opportunity to make a side trip to visit one of the ABPA’s newer members, Impact Pro Parts. Led by William (Bill) Nohle, a relative newcomer to our industry, Impact is conveniently located about 20 minutes outside of the center of Washington, DC. Bill was gracious enough to take the time out of his busy day and give me a full facility tour as well as introduce me to his employees.
Originally from upstate NY and with a background in farming equipment, Bill first learned that Impact Pro Parts was for sale back in 2016. Upon learning this, he took the chance and has since been building the business into what it needs to be to flourish for the future.
With a large warehouse in Hyattsville, Impact services the greater DC area including Virginia and Maryland. Impact carries a full line of aftermarket collision parts and shop supplies. Upon entrance, customers are greeted by three friendly counter sales reps who seemed to be also very busy accepting phone orders. The business is in a prime industrial location with many independent body shops and salvage yards in the area. Judging from the amount of activity with walk ins and the phones constantly ringing, Impact is doing well and is poised for the future.
