ABPA Nashville – New Virtual Registration Option & Updated COVID Guidelines for In-Person Attendees

With the ABPA Nashville Convention coming up fast in a rapidly changing COVID environment, we are excited to be offering a “Virtual Registration” option to attendees who are not able to join us in person. Those who participate virtually will have secure, live access to the Thursday 9/23 business session which is scheduled to run from 9AM-4PM CST. Virtual attendees will be able to simultaneously view both the speaker PowerPoint presentations as well as a live camera view of the speakers. To join us virtually in Nashville, select “Virtual Registration” on the ABPA Nashville page.

For those joining us in-person in Nashville, we are working with hotel staff to ensure we meet CDC Guidelines. Additionally, we will be requiring in-person attendees to provide proof of vaccination OR provide a negative PCR COVID test taken within 72 hours. These can be shown at the ABPA registration desk when you are picking up your badge.

Finally, the Nashville Renaissance Hotel has extended the ABPA rate deadline to 9/1/21! If you are planning on joining us in Nashville and would like to get the ABPA rate of $252 per night, book now!

Look forward to having you join us in Nashville!
