On August 28, 2023, the Automotive Body Parts Association (ABPA) submitted a second amicus brief on behalf of our member LKQ Corporation and our membership at large. Ten additional amicus briefs were filed including those from the Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA), Eagle Eyes, Autocare, the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC), and the Taiwan Auto Body Parts Association (TABPA).
