The Business Session resumed with a keynote address by Matt Moore of the Highway Loss Data Institute, exploring “Crashing, Crash Avoidance, and the Future of Driving.” A panel discussion on “Industry Insights: Future Trends – 2025 & Beyond” provided diverse perspectives from industry leaders.

Dr. Blaire O’Neal of Depth Services captivated attendees with her presentation on “Gaming the System, a Backdoor Monopoly,” shedding light on OEM patent behavior and its implications. The morning session concluded with an Awards Lunch honoring industry excellence and an Afternoon Business Session featuring insights from Rosemary Coates of the Reshoring Institute and an interactive game hosted by CAPA-Intertek.

The conference reached its climax with the NABC Vehicle Giveaway, adding an element of excitement and philanthropy to the event. The day culminated in an unforgettable Offsite Dinner at Topgolf Scottsdale, offering attendees a memorable evening of food, drinks, games, and music.
