On March 3, 2025, the ABPA submitted opposition to Nebraska Legislative Bill 111 (2025). This bill’s provisions requiring consumer consent for nonoriginal equipment manufacturer (aftermarket) parts and prohibiting their use for vehicles manufactured within the past 36 months impose unnecessary restrictions that harm Nebraska consumers and businesses.
