The ABPA has submitted a formal letter to Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick at the U.S. Department of Commerce expressing strong opposition to proposed tariffs on imported automotive parts. These tariffs would significantly harm consumers and disrupt the collision repair supply chain. We are urging a pause on their implementation until a thorough impact analysis is completed.
