According to John Yoswick at the CRASH Network, a Louisiana aftermarket parts distributor will continue its legal challenge of General Motor’s “Bump the Competition” price-matching program. The suit brought by Felder’s Collision Parts, which held that the GM program was “predatory and anti-competitive,” was dismissed by a federal appeals court in January.
