Rosemary Coates, Reshoring Institute

Ms. Coates is the Executive Director of the Reshoring Institute and the President of Blue Silk Consulting. She is a seasoned executive with an MBA, 25 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Project Management and Systems Consulting. She has considerable international experience and has worked for extended periods in Asia and Europe. Her experience spans a broad range of industries including High Technology, Software, Chemicals, Health Care, Consumer Products, Industrial Products, Food Distribution, Transportation, Publishing, Retail, Oil and Gas. She has extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing and outsourcing in Asia, Europe and the US.

Greg Horn, PartsTrader

Greg will present “The Collision Industry Update”, a look at the parts supply, auto manufacturing and other trends impacting our industry. Greg is the Chief Innovation Officer at PartsTrader and will have a hand in shaping new product vision and data reporting. Greg brings years of insight working in different roles – especially on the insurance side – and his industry insight brings value to attendees.

Matt Moore, Highway Loss Data Institute

Matt Moore is senior vice president of the Highway Loss Data Institute, where he oversees HLDI’s research program, the collection of vehicle information and the production of loss data. HLDI processes insurance data from companies that represent approximately 85 percent of the U.S. private passenger auto insurance market.

Blaire O’Neal, Depth Services

Dr. Blaire O’Neal is the founder and principal researcher of Depth Services. Her mastery spans geography, environmental science, urban studies, emergent technologies, and social justice. She brings a wealth of expertise honed over a decade as a seasoned researcher and writer to Depth Services. Drawing from her academic prowess, adeptness in online communications, and unwavering commitment to learning, Blaire crafts assets that transcend the usual marketing content and help clients secure the relationships and resources they need to grow their ventures. Justin Rzepka, Consumer Access to Repair (CAR) Coalition

Justin is a Principal at BGR Government Affairs and is Co-Chair of the Commerce practice. He performs a key role in the Group’s robust practice that includes telecommunications, technology, transportation, infrastructure and energy. Justin also serves as the Executive Director of the CAR Coalition – a collection of independent parts-makers, insurers and retailers that supports the passage of both the SMART Act and the REPAIR Act.
