Greg Horn, PartsTrader

Greg is the Chief Industry Relations Officer at PartsTrader where he advises customers on improving their outcomes using the PartsTrader marketplace platform. Greg hosts the PartsTrader Industry Trends webinars and is a sought after conference presenter, where he offers his insights on data, news and events in the automotive and insurance industries.

Gerry Poirier, CAPA

Gerry Poirier brings more than 50 years of experience in the collision and APD claims industry and is an active contributor to organizations including CREF, CAPA, multiple Georgia school advisory boards, NABC, and the Changing and Saving Lives Foundation. He was elected interim Chair of CAPA in July 2025 and appointed Chair in February 2026. Gerry began his career in the body shop industry, is I‑CAR Platinum, and has held regional and national leadership roles with AIG, Hanover, and Farmers Insurance, where he led process improvement initiatives and served as a key industry liaison. His I‑CAR Committee’s charity golf event has raised approximately $800,000 over 15 years to support collision school programs. A dedicated supporter of NABC for the past seven years, he has served as Fundraising Chairman and remains active across its programs.

Steve Greenfield, Automotive Ventures

Steve Greenfield is the General Partner of Automotive Ventures, an early‑stage automotive technology and mobility fund. With more than 25 years in the automotive technology sector, Steve has overseen over $1 billion in acquisitions and began his career selling software to car dealers in 1999. He previously served as TrueCar’s Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development and as AutoTrader.com’s Vice President of Product Management and Business Development, where he led the acquisitions of vAuto, Kelley Blue Book, HomeNet Automotive, VinSolutions, and DealerScience. Earlier, he was Manheim’s Director of International Development, driving global expansion through joint ventures in Dubai, Istanbul, and Beijing. Steve is the author of “The Future of Automotive Retail” and “The Future of Mobility”, and writes the weekly “Intel Report”.

Blaire O’Neal, Depth Services

Dr. Blaire O’Neal is the founder and principal researcher of Depth Services. Her mastery spans geography, environmental science, urban studies, emergent technologies, and social justice. She brings a wealth of expertise honed over a decade as a seasoned researcher and writer to Depth Services. Drawing from her academic prowess, adeptness in online communications, and unwavering commitment to learning, Blaire crafts assets that transcend the usual marketing content and help clients secure the relationships and resources they need to grow their ventures. David Barbeau, Barbeau Consulting

He previously led worldwide aftermarket divisions at Delphi Technologies and TI Automotive and co‑founded Auto Parts Express, later acquired by CARQUEST. Barbeau is widely recognized for his expertise in the China automotive aftermarket, advising both U.S. and China‑based companies and partnering with AMInsight Consulting in Shanghai. His earlier career includes senior roles at Monroe Auto Equipment, ARA Automotive Group, and APS Inc. Barbeau has served on multiple industry boards, including as Chairman of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association. A native of St. Louis, he holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in finance from Saint Louis University and is a U.S. Army veteran.

Kyle Krumlauf, CCC Intelligent Solutions

Kyle Krumlauf is Director of Industry Analytics for CCC Intelligent Solutions, a leading cloud platform powering the P&C insurance economy, responsible for equipping customers with information and insights to help them manage their businesses. Kyle brings almost 25 years of industry experience, having served in a variety of leadership and individual contributor roles at Nationwide and Grange Insurance. His list of relevant accomplishments is long and varied – working in Claims, Comparative Rating, Product Management, Competitive Intelligence, Commercial Lines BI & Analytics, and Innovation. He was awarded a CEO Award at Nationwide in 2014 for Innovation & Continuous Improvement, and an Accolade Award at Grange in 2019 for his work in Innovation. Kyle earned a BA in Political Science and History from Ashland University and an MBA from Ohio Dominican University. He also holds the CPCU and ARM designations.
